…commissions Rosetree Signature Hotel

The Minister for Interior, Federal Republic of Nigeria, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola has emphasized the need for well meaning Nigerians to invest in the country so as to help drive commerce and attract foreign investors.
Aregbesola gave this charge on Sunday while commissioning an ultra modern hotel facility situated along Jonathan Coker axis of Fagba area in Ojokoro Local Council Development Area of Lagos State.
According to Aregbesola when the environment is comfortable,foreign investors will find it soothing enough to come and invest in our country which will consequently improve our world view.
The Minister for Interior(Aregbesola) was received by party faithful, who turned out in their large numbers to welcome him.
Eminent politicians like the lawmaker representing Ifako-Ijaiye II constituency in the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Rasheed Makinde, the Council Chairman, Ojokoro LCDA, Hon. Hammed Tijani, the leader of the legislative arm councillor Abdulazeez Osho,all graced the occasion in spirit of political solidarity with Hon. Toyin Saura the host.
Shortly after commissioning the business organization, Ogbeni Aregbesola was ushered round the hotel environment to check the various suits as packaged by the management.
After which the Minister went into a closed door meeting with top members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) present, which lasted for about two hours.
The host who was the immediate past commissioner for Agriculture, Lagos State, Hon. Toyin Saura,had political allies,well-wishers from within and outside the business environment gathered to felicitate with him as managing director, Rosetree Signature Hotel.
Speaking on the sideline of the commissioning, the Manager, Rosetree Signatures, Mr. Niyi Adeduro hinted Newsheraldng that many organisations are already indicating their poise for patronage.
“We have set up strategy to meet with more people so as to woo them for patronage as our hotel is full proof comfort zone,clearly a home away from home and it also offers all form services that you can get in any A-list hotel in the state.
“We have engage qualified hands to ensure we give the best services to our prospective customers.” Adeduro said.
In his congratulatory message, Hon. Makinde state how happy he was about the development, right within his constituency.
“I am so glad that such edifice is situated within my constituency as it will open up the environment to the public and increase the council revenue base.”
Speaking further he (Makinde) said, “I can assure you that the council chairman (HID) will soon mobilise contractors to construct this road so as to complement the massive investment put up here by the former Lagos executive cabinet member.”
While speaking, the Ojokoro LCDA Chairman, Hammed Tijani said, as the chairman of the council he look forward to more of business ventures springing up within his domain as it will have a great effect in tackling unemployment rate within the council. HID Said.
Also speaking, the leader of the legislative arm Ojokoro LCDA, Councillor Abdulazeez Osho, highlights the significance of recently commissioned 31 network of roads in the council area.
In his words,”the opening up of the network of roads has helped in no small measures to bring new businesses and enhance the economic prosperity of the council.
“We are grateful to the Mr. Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu and other stakeholders.”
He added that as the host councillor, he will also assist in promoting the various facilities and packages available in the just commissioned Rosetree Signature Hotel.
Present at the occasion were; Former Special Adviser to Governor Ambode, Hon. Benjamin Olabinjo; Former Sole Administrator Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government Hon. BIQ Rajh-Label, Baale Oke-Egbiri community, Serving Supervisors from Ojokoro, Oshodi-Isolo, Ifako-Ijaiye, Ojodu, Ejigbo, Ibeju-Lekki among others.
